By uploading content, users grant Socialzaps permission to store, process, schedule, and publish that content as necessary for platform functionality.

• Abuse API integrations

• Use the platform for spam or deceptive practices

• Upload malicious code or malware

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with all third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grays Harbor Media Services and Grays Harbor Scanner shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data

• Lost profits

• Social media account restrictions or suspensions

• API outages

• Content publishing failures

• Indirect or consequential damages

11. Intellectual Property

The Socialzaps platform, branding, software, and associated systems are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

12. Modifications
